How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by DHL to the address indicated by you when ordering.
What are the shipping costs?
At Looplabb, all orders from 2 glasses (minimum € 59.90 including VAT) are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In case you order 1 pair of glasses, the shipping costs amount to €4.95.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery time is within 1 to 2 days (incl. Saturday), but we do everything we can to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Normally, orders that we receive on working days before 23:00, are delivered to you the next day. Of course occasionally it can happen that it might take 1 or 2 days longer, especially during the peak-season between the half of November till the end of December.
What is my Track &Trace code?
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including your Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the status of your package and see when DHL will come by to deliver it.
Are you not present at the time of delivery?
Then the package will be delivered to your neighbors. If the delivery to the neighbors is also not successful, you will receive a message from DHL in your mailbox. Via the DHL website you will be able to give an indication as to when you want to have the package delivered again at home, or you can choose to pick up the package in the nearest package shop for you.
